Michael Pritsky, a ninth-grader at Buchanan High in California, won the boys freshman 5-kilometer race at the 49th Douglas P. Rudolf Invitational in 16:15.55 at Mooney Grove Park in Visalia. Jansen Geyer clocked 16:26.24 to place second for Buchanan.
