Grace Hutchison, a senior at Buchanan High in California, placed second in the girls varsity 5-kilometer race at the 49th Douglas P. Rudolf Cross Country Invitational in 17:17.80 at Mooney Grove Park in Visalia. Buchanan took the top three spots and placed four athletes in the top five.
