Sydney Sundgren, a senior at Buchanan High in California, won the girls varsity 5-kilometer race at the 49th Douglas P. Rudolf Cross Country Invitational at Mooney Grove Park in Visalia. Buchanan took the top three spots and placed four athletes in the top five.
